PARKS + GREENWAYS
You’re never far from fun. Opening with six neighborhood and community parks, opportunity for adventure is around every corner. Across from the elementary school and our new model home village, Sprouts Holler features a scooter park, soccer / baseball field, play equipment, a sledding hill, sport court, lawn area, picnic tables and trails. The Edge goes hip with a Skate Park and Graffiti Wall, as well as a half basketball court, meadow area, bleachers, trails and seat walls for hanging out.
Ideal for bird watching, picnics and hiking, Yonder offers a pond, trails, lawn area and natural play areas. Ponder is the perfect spot to read a good book, admire beautiful local artwork or enjoy the tranquil pond. Wander through Knoll Park where you’ll find trails and benches. Nestled in the neighborhood closest to the Tehaleh entrance, Sticks ‘n' Stones has the best views of Mount Rainier, and is a great place to bring the little ones with playground equipment, picnic tables, natural play and lawn areas, boulders and trails.
Planned for 20 acres of expansion and open space, Forest Park features trails and a trail head plus is planned to have a viewing platform and picnic shelter. In addition, residents will enjoy Tehaleh Pass, an extensive greenway system that connects Forest Park to The Post and neighboring homes. Planning is already underway for a Tree House, amphitheater and off leash dog park. Go play!
