Farm-to-table dining opening at Trilogy at Tehaleh
Trilogy at Tehaleh plans to open, The Mantle located within Trilogy’s, Seven Summits Lodge to all Tehaleh guests in December. The name "The Mantel" is inspired by both the mountaineering technique and a reference to the seven distinct fireplace experiences at the Club. The restaurant will feature local produce, beef from nearby pastures, day-boat catches from coastal fisheries and wines from the leading local producers. The décor will be West Coast modern, with rustic dark wood and exposed beams. The atmosphere will be warm and comfortable. With seating for more than 50 guests both inside and out, The Mantel is the perfect place to dine and relax within the community.
