The Mantel's Exclusive Chef's Showcase Underway & Valentine's Day
After much preparation, the new feature restaurant within Trilogy at Tehaleh's Seven Summits Lodge began its exclusive Chef’s Showcase period on Wednesday, January 20th. The prior-to-grand-opening Chef’s Showcase period serves many purposes, most importantly providing a time for our guests to come in and experience a preview of what The Mantel will offer while at the same time allowing our chef’s and service team to refine the menu, table service process, reservation scheduling, and more.
Everyone from Tehaleh is invited to make a reservation and come in. Whether you think you’ll be in the mood for our tasty Pork Tostadas, the warm-you-to-the-bone Guinness Shepherd’s Pie, or the must-have Millionaire Burger, we know this sneak peek of what’s to come at The Mantel is something you won’t want to miss.
