The Management Trust is the property management company for the Tehaleh Owner’s Association. The Whitman Community Association, Trilogy at Tehaleh’s owner association, is also managed by The Management Trust. The monthly association fees are as follows: Tehaleh Owner’s Association: $79.65, Whitman Association: $342.07 and Discovery Park Association: $349.53.
What schools are Tehaleh students currently zone to attend?
Students within Tehaleh are currently zoned to attend either the Sumner-Bonney Lake School District schools or the Orting School District. School attendance zones are determined solely by the school districts. Neither Tehaleh nor Brookfield Properties have control over the boundaries.
